One of the former executives of a New York-based tech company who resigned amid a scandal sparked by an embarrassing video from a Coldplay concert at Gillette Stadium this summer has filed for divorce.

Kristin Cabot, the former chief people officer at Astronomer, filed a petition for divorce from her husband, Privateer Rum CEO Andrew Cabot, in Portsmouth Circuit Court on Aug. 13
