New IPOD Regulations.

Reports indicate that Cabinet has drafted new IPOD regulations, soon to be tabled before Parliament by Minister Norbert Mao. Among the proposed provisions is a clause requiring IPOD member parties to sign a binding pledge not to challenge presidential election results declared by the Electoral Commission in court.
