SHELL Shocked | Shell Employee Slapped By Police Officer

An off duty police officer was captured on camera assaulting a Shell fuel station shop attendant in Kyanja, Kampala, while bragging that nothing will be done about it. Police have arrested Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Clive Nsiima Barigye in connection with the incident. Civil activist Anthony Natif reacts to the epic slap heard around the country.
